Description All work has been completed. The final project costs have been internally audited and are enclosed in Final Contractor's Application and Certificate for Payment No. Three (3). The Director of Construction Services Department has determined that the project is complete in accordance with state statues. Recommendation That the project be accepted as complete and the final payment to contractor be approved as presented.
